The Work of Becoming Whole
Most of us were never taught how to live honestly with ourselves.
Bintegers is a practice centered on a simple idea:
Integrity + Intimacy = Wholeness
Most of us didn’t lose ourselves all at once—we abandoned ourselves a little at a time.
A moment where we stayed quiet when something inside us wanted to speak.
A moment where we said yes when our gut was saying no.
A moment where belonging felt safer than honesty.
Over time those moments add up, and we begin living divided lives—one version of ourselves inside, and another we present to the world.
The work of Bintegers is about closing that gap.
The word Binteger comes from integer, meaning whole or undivided—and the same root as the word integrity.
A Binteger is someone committed to the practice of becoming whole by aligning what is true within them with how they show up in the world.
At its simplest, the practice looks like this:
Integrity + Intimacy = Wholeness
Through conversations, reflections, and shared stories, this work invites us back into alignment—with ourselves and with each other.
Integrity
Truth aligned inside and out.
Integrity begins when we are willing to recognize and honor what is real within us—our convictions, our emotions, and our lived experience.
Without integrity, we begin to split ourselves in order to belong.
Intimacy
The courage to be seen.
Intimacy is what happens when we allow our inner truth to exist openly in our relationships and in the world.
It replaces performance with presence.
Wholeness
Living undivided.
When integrity within meets intimacy without, the result is wholeness—a life where who we are inside and how we show up outside finally align.
